Murugesh Mayandi
Chief Data Solutions Officer Straive

Murugesh Mayandi is responsible for Straive’s Data Solutions division and leads the strategy, delivery, and technology solutions to accelerate business value for our data clients around the world. His current focus is to architect our Straive Data Platform, solve unstructured data challenges at an enterprise scale and help businesses build next-generation data supply chains.

Prior to joining Straive in April 2020, Murugesh was Head of Data & Analytics – Financial Services, Americas at Infosys. He partnered with financial services data clients and led various data strategy, modernization & monetization, and data governance initiatives. In his 22 years at Infosys, Murugesh has played multiple roles leading data transformation programs & advising Chief Data Officers in their data strategy, engineering & operations programs, and creating value from their data investments.
Murugesh earned his Master of Urban Engineering & Transportation Planning from Anna University, India.
John Blanchard
Director, Global Production Services American Chemical Society Inc.
With over 30 years of experience, John is currently working as a Director of Global Production Services for the American Chemical Society, directs the activities of multiple international organizations to provide STM publication production services for society. These services include unstructured document conversion, copyediting, graphics production, proof corrections, and final article composition.
John has been involved in B2B media publishing, STM production and marketing, and sales support. Currently a resident of Columbus, Ohio, John has traveled internationally to witness first-hand the depth and breadth of global services available to the publishing industry.
Jishnu Gupta
Chief Technology Officer Straive
Jishnu has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology, including 15 years in Investment Banking Technology. A business-facing technology leader experienced in managing global multi-cultural teams across Europe, the US, and Asia to deliver strategic transformation programs.
Jishnu was previously with Deutsche Bank CB&S in London as Vice President for Counterparty Credit Risk Technology. Prior to his stint in Deutsche Bank, he was connected with Barclays Capital in London as Project Manager for Commodities.
Viswapriya Ravikumar
Director Technology Solutions Straive
Viswapriya is responsible for managing the technology for the Service Delivery of Straive’s Data Solutions division in India. She is an Electronics Engineer from BITS Pilani, India, and has around 25 years of Industry experience. She is a business facing leader with a track record of delivering complex Technology Products while owning the end-to-end solution and architectural design. Viswapriya works with the Sales, Business and Technical teams to drive revenue, increase margins and reduce costs through continuous improvements and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Straive, Viswapriya has worked with companies like Prodapt, Kmart (US) and Rapint Technologies (Australia).
